This was my third experience with this business, ranging from an alignment to transmission work to a mess my car was experiencing. Each time my husband had a general idea of the problems and each time I have taken it in I have never been told I needed any “extras” . The professionalism I receive as a female ( we all know how some places don’t listen to women) exceeds my expectations. As well as the quality of work that is done is definitely deserving of a 5 star review! In addition, the owner took his time in answering any additional questions I had . They were also willing to look over my car and call me with an estimate before they even started , so no surprises!

My van had a flat tire and I pulled into the car wash (next store). I was stranded with no idea how to get my spare off, no tools, and no one to help me. I went to Bob's and asked for help. They were very courteous and offered to help me. Josh changed my tire in the cold and it was not an easy task. I really appreciate you guys helping me out while I was stranded. It really means a lot to me!!

A perfect example of reliable and good people......my son was told by an oil change place that he may have a transaxle leak. So we took it to the car dealer to have it checked and/or fixed. They said it was an oil pan leak and was going to cost over $2300 to fix it. Told them no we would hold off since the car is almost 10 years old. Pd them $125 to look at it. Took it to Bob’s for a “2nd opinion”. It does have a leak but knowing I didn’t want to put $2300 into it he said just keep an eye on the oil level and if it gets low just add the oil in between oil changes. Saved us a lot of money and the car has been fine. Thanks again Bob!!

I have been friends with Bob for a decade. Him and his guys make it a goal to do the job the right way. They do not cut corners or oversell and stand behind their work. What I appreciate the most is they tell you what repairs and preventative maintenance to expect in the future and provide you with fair estimates which keep me assured I can trust my vehicles to them while taking the time to explain what is going on so there are no surprises.
